Branch Manager North Peace Savings and Credit Union (British Columbia)
The Position: The Branch Manager of the Credit Union’s largest Branch – Fort St John - provides overall management of the branch’s operation including attaining goals in deposits, loans, memberships, wealth management, and profitability while ensuring that our members financial needs are met. Through managing, coaching and inspiring the staff you will meet the branch and team objectives and activities to achieve superior member experiences, optimal business retention, growth and productivity. You will provide on-going coaching and development of staff ensuring a high level of employee capability through focused leadership routines. The Branch Manager also has responsibility for assisting with recruiting and hiring branch employees.
The Branch Manager will report directly to the Vice President, Service. Reporting to the Branch Manager, are a full complement of full-time and part-time employees. This role will provide the greatest satisfaction to someone who enjoys coaching, building relationships, is results-oriented, and is committed to furthering the reputation of the Credit Union in the community.
Qualifications: This role requires a deep and thorough understanding of the Credit Union’s business strategies and the competitive environment in which North Peace Savings and Credit Union operates.

Compensation: Based on knowledge and experience, salary will range from $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits/pension/education package and participation in the staff profit sharing plan.
