Financial Services Representative IV Advantage Credit Union
The Position: As a member of the branch team the Financial Services Representative will proactively promote a full range of credit union products and services with a primary focus on agricultural and consumer lending services to our members and clients. An understanding of industry trends and issues as they relate to agriculture is essential for successful performance.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be:
a highly motivated, results oriented individual,
with a Degree or diploma in a related discipline supplemented with 3 to 5 years of agricultural lending experience,
have a complete understanding of relevant legislation as it pertains to lending and loan security issues,
possess strong decision-making and problem solving skills,
and be committed to continuing education and personal development.
